The official APDL page targets September 2028. A secondary source reports a CCC dated 7 July 2026 for a phase with 432 homes, while also describing the project as under construction. Official TEDUH details were not readable; the tower assignment and completion of the whole development could not be verified. Overall construction status therefore remains unconfirmed.
