The project website lists Market Place and Villa Market Nang Linchi at 100 m each, Raintree International School at 450 m and BNH Hospital at 2 km. These distances are supplied by the developer; the measurement method and actual walking routes have not been independently verified.

In its October 2026 report, Sansiri states that piling works are complete and that structural work and electrical installations have reached the third floor. This is the developer’s reported position at that time.
