Distrikt brings apartments to Parque das Nações, with terraces and shared landscaped areas facing Lisbon’s river district. Its projecting forms and the relationship between indoor space and outdoor living give the project a recognisable architectural character. Morph Estudio designed the scheme around projecting terraces and elevated gardens. The developer currently describes two- to four-bedroom homes, with shared outdoor leisure spaces integrated between the residential volumes. The current sales selection is not necessarily the complete original unit mix.

The One is Eduardo Souto de Moura’s residential design on Avenida João XXI. Terraces and a structured façade relate the new building to an established Lisbon neighbourhood, offering a city-focused alternative to resort developments. Kronos identifies Eduardo Souto de Moura as the architect of The One. The residential concept includes landscaped common areas and a swimming pool. The developer’s Lisbon overview groups bedroom types across more than one project, so it is not used to infer a building-specific unit count or size range.
