Its projecting forms and the relationship between indoor space and outdoor living give the project a recognisable architectural character. Morph Estudio designed the scheme around projecting terraces and elevated gardens. The developer currently describes two- to four-bedroom homes, with shared outdoor leisure spaces integrated between the residential volumes.
