La Serre

La Serre imagines apartment living as a vertical village. Designed by MVRDV with landscape architect Alice Tricon for OGIC, the 18-storey development places 190 homes within an open steel framework. Private terraces and shared gardens extend around the apartments, while outdoor stairs and footbridges connect communal spaces. Rather than treating greenery as a decorative façade, the design makes access to gardens and encounters between neighbours part of the building’s daily circulation.

Progress & timeline

Under construction

MVRDV currently labels La Serre “On site”. A city report documents the launch of construction in November 2023 and an earlier target for first deliveries in Q3 2026. That announced date is not evidence of completed handovers. A September 2026 city update still refers to La Serre among projects to be brought to completion; final completion has not been verified.
