Zyon Grand

Zyon Grand combines residences with a direct connection to Havelock MRT. Retail, food outlets and a separate long-stay serviced-apartment component form part of the integrated development, offering a different scale of urban living from a standalone condominium. CDL and Mitsui Fudosan’s joint venture proposes 706 apartments in two 62-storey towers. The integrated scheme separately includes Zyon Galleria, an early-childhood centre and a 36-storey long-stay serviced-apartment building. The private home mix runs from one-bedroom plus study to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
