The Orie

The Orie adds new apartments to the established Toa Payoh neighbourhood. Its location on Lorong 1 Toa Payoh makes the surrounding residential district, rather than a new satellite town, the starting point for the project’s story. The development comprises 777 homes in two 40-storey towers. Layouts range from one-bedroom plus study to five-bedroom apartments. Club Orie is designed with a function room, gym and viewing deck, using folded forms that echo the towers’ origami-inspired façade.

A residential tower within a mixed-use redevelopment near Clarke Quay and Chinatown. The scheme brings homes together with offices, shops and conserved buildings, placing everyday city life around a shared urban address. The private residential tower rises 40 storeys and contains 366 homes. The wider Union Square scheme also includes a separate office tower, retail and dining, co-living and conservation buildings. Those components are not part of the apartment count.
