Victoria Lane Apartments is a completed mixed-use development at 161 Victoria Street in Wellington’s Cuba Quarter. Willis Bond records 123 apartments on levels 4–16, with offices below and retail at ground level. The developer reports completion in March 2023 and describes the original residential development as fully sold. The project was developed with Athfield Architects and LT McGuinness. Its structural design incorporates base isolation and a diagonal steel framework. An adjoining low-rise parking building serves both the apartments and commercial occupiers. This is a record of the completed development, with no claim that original new-build apartments remain available.
