The architectural story

The project in context

Shell-like balconies carry planting around the building, giving its exterior a layered, organic character. The design places gardens and outdoor living close to the main living spaces rather than treating greenery as a separate decorative feature.

A tall planted entrance continues that approach at ground level. The project was commissioned by Swire Properties through Celestial Fortune, with local architectural and engineering collaborators listed by Heatherwick Studio. This architectural profile makes no claim about current sales availability.
