111 West 57th Street combines a new slender residential tower with historic Steinway Hall. The contrast between its terracotta-and-bronze exterior and the retained landmark gives the profile a specific architectural subject beyond a generic skyline address. SHoP Architects designed the residential tower, with interiors by Studio Sofield. Full-floor residences sit above the retained Steinway Hall component. Club 111 combines shared dining, meeting and library spaces with staffed services; the separate sports club provides indoor exercise and recreation.

Great Gulf lists 340 homes in the 42-storey building designed by Quadrangle. Shared facilities are concentrated on the fourth floor, including fitness and private entertaining spaces.

Havelgalerie is an ensemble of apartment buildings close to the Havel promenade. The Uferhäuser are arranged over ground and upper floors, with 4.5 rooms and approximately 126 m² of living area. Their terraces lead to private gardens. These house specifications do not describe every apartment in the development.
